Here goes my first book review.

One of us is lying by Karen M.McManus 

Five students walk into detention only four leave alive. 

Yale hopeful Bronwyn has never publicly broken a rule. 

Sports star Cooper only knows what he’s doing in the baseball diamond. 

Bad Boy Nate is one misstep away from a life of crime 

Prom queen Addy is holding together the cracks in her perfect life.

And outsider Simon, creator of the notorious gossip app at Bayview High, won’t ever talk about any of them again. 

He dies 24 hours before he could post their deepest secrets online. Investigators conclude its no accident. All of them are suspects. 

Everyone has secrets right? 

What really matters is how far you’ll go to protect them. 

My review

It was a great book I would give it a solid 8 out of 10. It was such an interesting storyline the death was not as I expected it to be which is one of the many things that made it interesting. I fell in love with each character at some point which made me very much doubt any of them did it. I eventually realised what happened before anyone in the book found out because I watch too many crime programs haha. That would of made the ending boring but there was more twists and turns and a added romance. The added romance was one of my favourite parts it was so sweet and cute in the midst of chaos. 

Overall I would recommend this book if you want a short gripping read.
